C2 has a Brine base that is fermented for 3.2 years for each batch. The brine is loaded with tabasco and jalapeño separated into single vessels. Each vessel is left in the PCF Lab to age for the 3.2 years.
PCF Brine is Alpine Spring water with sea salt and ionic minerals.
This is a saline rich sauce brimming with sweetly fermented flavors and a medium glow that creeps up in the background.
