PCF Wild Sauce recipe created and first test batch made up.

It’s got a slightly sweet smell with notes in vanilla, cacao and pumpkin.
It’s initial taste is a slight sweetness with a bit of savory flavors followed by an intense boost of Sichuan peppercorns. Seconds after that the burn creeps in quickly building to a semi intense utopia of pain.

Available summer through winter each year.
